Body Sculpting Cardio Fusion

Full body workout focusing on strength training with the use of free weights, bands, ones own body weight, and spring boards.

Reformer - 55+

Catering to 55+, this reformer class focuses on functional movement, posture and bone-building with exercises that improve strength and balance. All are welcome, regardless of age and experience.

Reformer - Core/Cardio

Cardio-infused Pilates class on the reformer. We start with a quick warm up before jumping into a core-focused full body workout with the added fun of the Jumpboard, and end with a cool down/stretch. This high energy/low impact class will increase your heart rate and get you sweating, while maintaining integrity of movement.

Reformer - Mixed Level

Our mixed level class is perfect for everyone, regardless of experience. Our top-notch teachers guide you through class, challenging your entire body with a special emphasis on posture and correct alignment. Whether it's your first week or your 500th, this class will leave you feeling balanced, taller and stronger.

Abs & Glutes Focus

Isolated body movement focusing on abs and glutes using bands and ones own body weight.


HIIT stands for high-intensity interval training, a training technique in which there are intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
